    1. Explain the Doctrine of “Res ipsa loquitur” How the liability for damages is
    established?
    2. Distinguished between common carrier and private carrier. Is the post office a
    common carrier?

    3. Define a charter party and discuss the usual clauses in it.


    4. What is a hit and run motor accident? Refer to the statutory provisions, i f
    any, regarding such accident.
    5. When a railway administration as a carrier of goods shall not be responsible for
    loss, destruction or damage?

    6. Explain the meaning of sea worthiness with the help of decided cases.

    contain?
