Chapter 1 Introduction
This chapter describes general features, structure of product and
precautions in detail
1. Features
● Embedded Voice Guidance and LCD screen for a comprehensive direction to patient
at any stage.
1. Abbreviation
● Controller Area Network
2. Purpose
● Use a memory of the MCU (Main Controller Unit) of each part to distribute the
loads of main control system.
● Reduce the loads of MCU with Distributed Processing System.
● Improve the communication of each MCU and stability of device.

3. Precautions
● For safety reasons, operate the product according to this User Manual.
● Check the conditions of the product (power, Cables) and PC before operating.
● Every operation of the product should be done step by step after the each
previous step is finished. Otherwise, it could cause malfunction.
● Go to next capture stage after finishing cooling time to prevent tube from being
overheated as per voice guidance or message on screen.
● Keep away from water, moisture, corrosive materials, and chemical materials.
● If there is an abnormal movement, turn off the system and then contact your
agent.
● When X-ray is exposed, operators must provide the precaution to protect from
radiation by using a lead apron.
● When X-ray is exposed, operators must stand at least two meters (6feet) from X-
ray source.
● Operators must observe the patient during the exposure time in case of
emergency situation.
● When X-ray is exposed, operators must stop the system in case of any abnormal
movement.
The manufacturer and/or agent have the responsibility for the conditions as
below.
● Maintenance and repair services are made by people who are qualified
and trained by VATECH and/or its agent.

Chapter 2 Structure
This chapter describes structure, functions and software in detail so that
end-user can make full use of P&P.
LED Lamp
● LCD Screen : Show guide messages at each step for proper patient position.
● Sensor area : There is a X-ray image Sensor module.
● Tube area : There is a Tube generating X-ray beam.
● LED Lamp : Changed from blue to orange when X-ray is generated.
● Handle frame : Patient can grip for proper position.
● Emergency switch : Press this button in emergency situation.
● Lamp button : Press this button to turn on Laser beam
(The Laser beam will be turned off after 3 minutes)

● Show chart No, Name, and Age of patient.

● Shows Instruction in accordance with capturing process.

● Click after choosing capture mode and patient type.

● Be able to adjust Kvp value manually (40Kvp~90Kvp)
● Be able to adjust mA value manually (2mA~10mA)

● Turn On / Off lamp for positioning patient.

● Cancel the present setting.
⑫ Ready
● Click “Ready” after positioning patient.
⑬ Progress bar
● Indicates the progress of capturing image and processing.

Chapter 3 Operation
1. Preparations
● Do not operate the product while the previous step or movement is not
Finished.
2. Positioning patient
⑥ Ask patient to bite the bite block after covering with a hygienic bag provided.

3. Capturing Image
Registering a New Patient
Please do following instructions to register a new patient.
② Run EasyDent V4program and then, Click “Patient” ( ) icon to register a new
patient.
Each mode and condition has the default value of Kvp and mA.
If needed, you can change the value of Kvp and mA.
Please keep pressing Exposure switch until the Progress bar is comple
ted. Otherwise, the image capture will be canceled.
⑨ Keep pressing Exposure switch button until the progress bar is finished.
and then, the captured image will be optimized on the screen.
After finishing image capture, there will be the image just captured.
⑫ Double click the latest thumbnail image to see the image just captured.

Chapter 4 Troubleshooting
This chapter describes how to solve any problems that you may meet
during operation.

In case you meet any troubles during operating, follow instructions below to check and
fix the trouble and/or contact your agency.
