Staff Incentive Program
❖ Revised for the 2019-2020 school year
❖ Includes feedback and observations from you and your
team
❖ Our leaders and hard workers are important and valued
❖ Focus on celebrating every success, every day
Manager of the Month
❖ When staff in the Child Nutrition Services office sees
success, your name will be recognized and submitted to the
ticket box
❖ Every month, one ticket will be pulled for Manager of the
Month
❖ The Manager of the Month will be entered into a year-long
raffle to win an 8” Android Quad Core Tablet
❖ The MoM will also receive a certificate and $50 gift card to
Office Depot/Walmart to purchase work enhancing prizes
Employee of the Month
❖ When you see success, fill out a ticket and add the ticket collection
❖ At end of month, draw Employee of the Month from ticket box
during staff lunchtime
❖ Employee of the Month will receive a certificate and prize + be
entered into the year-long and district-wide raffle
❖ Employee of the Year Raffle will include all Employee of the Month
winners, broken down into categories (Elementary, Middle, & High)
❖ At the end of the year, final winning ticket will receive an 8”
Android Quad Core Tablet
Don’t Forget
❖ Look for GREAT team members with improvements or
new skills
❖ ALL employees are capable of being recognized
❖ Teach your staff about this new program
❖ Remind staff that hard work does pay off
and that we are one team with one dream

❖ Exceptional food quality and customer service
❖ Perfect attendance monthly
❖ Excellent communication skills + seeking out additional training

❖ Willingness to lead a hand to other campuses when needed

Reminder
❖ You MUST complete 1 or more tickets in full per day
❖ Complete all areas of the ticket, including Reason for
Recognition
❖ You must read the Recognition Reason out loud after
picking the Employee of the Month
