This low viscosity foaming hand cleanser pumps out a nice foam from the bottle to offer the consumer an easy-to-use experience. The formula features
Chembetaine™* C surfactant, a foam booster and stabilizer, and Merquat™* 740 polymer, a conditioning polymer that enhances foam creaminess and delivers a
moisturized feel after rinse-off.
