TENSION / GAUGE
30 sts and 32 rows to 10cm/4in square over patt using
3.25mm (US 3) needles.

Using 3.25mm (US 3) needles and C cast on 103 sts.

1st row (wrong side) P to end.
2nd row K2, [m1, k7, knit 2 sts together, k1, slip 1, knit 1, pass
slipped st over, k7, m1, k1] to last st, k1.
These 2 rows form the pattern.
Cont in pattern and stripes of:
2 rows B, 4 rows A, 4 rows D, 2 rows A, 2 rows C, 6 rows B, 2
rows A, 2 rows D, 6 rows A, 4 rows B, 2 rows C, 4 rows D, 4
rows C.
These 44 rows form the stripe sequence.
Work a further 174 rows.
Using C, cast off.

MAKE UP

Join cast on and cast off edges together. With seam at centre of
back, join one side seam.
Insert cushion. Join remaining seam.
