Reflect on the importance of having a regular physical activity and exercise.

The teacher asked the students about the characteristics of a physically fit person.

What do you think is the reason/s why there are only few people engaged in an active

APPLICATION The teacher divided the class into 2 groups. (Group Activity)
The students were asked about the benefits of having an active lifestyle.
For 3 mins, the students will write on the board as many as they can about the benefits of
physical activity and exercise.
The group which has the most number of benefits, gets 10 pts.
