A meeting was held to finalize the samples/materials to be presented

to GAJ for final approval.

Meeting Notes:

1. RAK Ceramic tiles – CTC to resubmit the color code and close
the submittal comments by today, 19 Feb 2020.
2. Floor Mat – Color recommended by ZFP. Final color selection
by GAJ.
3. Aluminum work – Technal approved.
Alumil – CTC not ready to get the approval. CTC resubmitted
on 17 Feb. Under review by ZFP.
4. Wooden flooring – CTC to provide the catalogue to get the
color code. Oak color to be selected by GAJ.
5. Rubber flooring – Approved
6. Oak Flooring – Stair nosing – CTC to close submittal. Not ready
for approval.
7. Floor Carpet – CTC to resubmit and comply with Poject specs.
 8. Countertop – Ready for approval as per Specs.
9. Shade for parking – Material approved. CTC not ready. CTC to
submit sample and color code for GAJ approval.
10. Fence – CTC to resubmit one type for external and
playground as per specs.
11. External stone Cladding – Riyadh stone rejected. CTC to
submit 3 samples with all tech data.
12. Perforated Gypsum Ceilings – Alterative material – CTC
to submit in an alternative material submittal form as agreed.
13. HPL cladding – Samples not ready. CTC will submit in 10
days.
14. Door hardware – Approved.
15. Glass – Type of glass to be approved by GAJ.
16. FRP cladding – CTC declined to submit from the specified
manufacturer. CTC stated that they would check again as per
Specs requirements.
