Sir/madam,

As per the references cited above, I am to inform you that the Ministry of Road Transport &
Highways proposes to engage NSS units in Colleges to undertake various activities for Road Safety
advocacy during the observance of the 31 st National Road Safety Week 2020 from 11 th to 17th January,
2020 on the theme “Bringing Change Through Youth Power”.

The Colleges may register on the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways website
http://www.nationalroadsafetyweek.org/ and avail financial grants to carry out the relevant Road Safety
Campaigns/ activities.

In this regard, you are requested to organize and participate in the 31 st National Road Safety
Week 2020 from 11th to 17th January, 2020.
