ENERGY STAR® APPLIANCE

REBATE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

BEFORE PURCHASING AN APPLIANCE, REFER TO THESE REBATE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. You must be a current ComEd residential delivery service customer.

2. Appliance must be purchased by December 31, 2020.

3. Application must be submitted within 60 days from purchase date or by

February 28, 2021, whichever comes first.

4. Each ComEd residential delivery service customer is limited to six air purifiers and dehumidifiers.

5. Appliance must be ENERGY STAR certified and meet the above stated requirements to qualify
for a rebate.

6. ENERGY STAR certified appliances must be new and purchased in Illinois, or the buyer must
demonstrate having paid the applicable Illinois sales and use tax.

7. The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping and installation
charges) of the appliance.

8. Rebate eligibility requirements are subject to change without notice, including early termination
of this promotion.

ComEd customers can download a rebate application form or apply online at
ComEd.com/Appliances.

Store Associates can download a copy of the rebate application for customers at
ComEd.com/Appliances.

2 SUBMIT A PPLICAT ION

Customers can submit their completed application and a legible copy of the entire
sales receipt by ONE of the following methods:

3 R E C E I V E R E B AT E PAY ME N T
After the customer’s rebate application is reviewed and approved, they will
