IMPACT OF HOMEROOM PTA

PTA meeting is just one of the various activities conducted by the

Parent-Teacher Association of schools. The main role of Parent-Teacher
Associations is to build strong relationships between parents, teachers, and
the whole school community.

1. You can learn more about your child

No one knows children as their parents do, but as students spend
almost half (or more) of their day at school, there may be some things about
them that parents could be missing. PTA conferences can a great opportunity
to hear teachers tell something new about your child. It can also be a time to
address any academic or behavioral issues that your kid may be dealing
with.

2. You strengthen communication between teachers and other

parents
Aside from getting insights about your child’s performance, face-
to-face meetings help build harmonious relationships among co-parents and
teachers.

3. You get to support your child in so many ways

Participating in school events can also be a way to show your child
your love and support for them.
