NARRATIVE REPORT
FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER,
SCHOOL YEAR 2019-2020

The Mass Induction Ceremony for the School Year 2019-202 was held at the School
Amphitheatre during the 6th day of November, 2019 at exactly 8:00 in the morning. It was
formally started with the singing of the National Anthem, Isabela Hymn and MLQNHS
Hymn conducted by Jei Ann B. Simon, grade-10 student and solemnized by a doxology. The
ceremony was opened by Rev. Jackeline M. Asuncion, GPTA Vice-President by her words of
welcome followed by the message of the former GPTA President of School Year 2018-2019,
Mr. Alexander P. Gabriel. The floor was overwhelmed by an intermission number coming
from the selected grade 10 students. After, Mrs. Jennelyn L. Bernardo, Teacher III introduced
the inducting officer, none other than SB Mario G. Cube, Sr. of the Municipality of San
Isidro. Hon. Mario G. Cube immediately executed the Induction Proper of Teacher’s
Association, GPTA Officers, HRPTA Officers, SSG Officers, Editorial Board, Club Officers
and Classroom Officers and leave an inspiring and striving words. The rites was ended by
The second part of the programme was the Second Quarter Recognition Rites. It was
the awarding of certificates, merit awards to both parents and students by each grade levels
given by each respective advisers. Awarding of recognitions was started from grade 7 –
(Ms. Hannae Alyza N. Pascua) and lastly, Grade 12 – Masikap (Mrs. Evelyn R. Seraficca).
The fruits reaped at the right season was then acknowledge by the Officer-In-Charge, Mrs.
Rochelle C. Palapuz. And formally closed by Rev. Nelmarie B. Maximo, present GPTA
President.
The third part was the parent-teacher adviser classroom-based conference. Each
the things to be improved in their learning performance. The adviser also distributed the
report cards and directed the parent to see each subject teacher involved in the subject matter
concerns.
