Generator Engine CAT 3412

Perform the inspection.

STBD And Port engines, long time never do service like in frame overhaul or top

overhaul or D Check or C Check.

Start the engine. Engine running condition is good. All the gauge are missing.

Both engine water leakage found from cylinder head gasket.

Port Engine was replaced new turbocharger and fresh water pump.

Both engines are not yet done fuel pump and injector service.

Dredging Engine (KTA 38)

Perform the inspection is condition good. Well maintain engine.

That engine was replaced engine oil every 150 hours. Current working hour is
2400 Hrs.

3) Recommendation

Main Engine x 2 unit (NTA855)

Need to perform Top Overhaul, inspect Main Bearing No.4 or No.5 and inspect

one unit of piston ring.
