 RAVISHANKAR.M is CEO of V2 Civil diagnosticsPvt Ltd and Managing Partner, DURAMATERIALS AND SERVICES
LLP. He worked as President-Mega Projects & Aggregates, RMC Readymix (India) and immediate past
president,Readymixed Concrete Manufacturers association (RMCMA), Mumbai.

 He obtained his Masters degree in Marine Structures from NIT Surathkal (KREC) and did his Advanced Diploma in
Concrete technology from CGLI, UK.

 Ravishankar M is working in the building materials industry for the past 24 years in various capacities having worked
with construction chemicals& Ready mix Concrete industry. Prior to that he worked as Lecturer in Malnad College of
engineering, Hassan for 3 ½ years.

 He worked with the Ready mixed concrete industry since its inception in India and has contributed immensely for the
growth and development of the RMC Industry in the Country. In the Company – RMC Readymix (India), he was
responsiblefor starting the business in many cities across the Country.

 Ravishankar also responsible for the Development & Promotion of Chemical Admixtures for Concrete, two decades ago
while working with M/s Fosroc Chemicals (India) Pvt Ltd when the industry was in a nascent stage.

 Served the Readymixed Concrete Industry as Secretary of RMCMA-Readymixed Concrete Manufacturers Association for
two years during the period 2010-12 and worked as aPresident of RMCMA for four years during 2012-2016. During his
tenure, he played a major role in the transfer of RMCMA Quality scheme-Plant Certification for Readymixed Concrete
Plants to QCI Quality scheme.

 He is currently Chairman, Indian Concrete Institute Bengaluru chapter since July 2017 & Life Member of Indian Concrete
Institute.

 He is also Executive Member of KEA-Karnataka Employers Association since 2012.

 Received “Eminent Engineer” Award in April 2016 from Association of Consulting Engineers (India).

 Achievement award For “Industry Captain”-10th CIDC Vishwakarma Award 2018 From the planning Commission,

Government of India.
