Blood pressure is the pressure in the blood especially in the circulatory system that often
measured for diagnosis since it is closely related to the force and rate of the heartbeat and
diameter and elasticity of the arterial wall.
In the systolic pressure it refers to the top number to the amount of pressure in the arteries
during the heart muscle contraction. And while the diastolic pressure refers to the bottom
number of the blood pressure when the heart muscle is between beats.
The LUB is associated with the closure of atrioventricular valves at the beginning of systole and
the DUB sound associated with the closure of o the semilunar valves at the end of systole.
