01 01 gantry system of lifting and transfer (electric hoist)

The system consists of a metal structure implementing an electric hoist

that moves in translation by means of a winch provided with a filler. This
charge also needs to move up and down with a lifting system.
The entire system must be welded steel with epoxy paint.

Must be provided on this system:

 A three-phase asynchronous motor controlled by two methods, either

directly or by a start inverter dimensioned for motorisation which
manages the translation of the load and adapted to the maximum load.
 An asynchronous three-phase motor for lifting the load driven by a
motor geared motor brake power adapted to the maximum load
(100kg) of the hoist,
 winch race height: 1.80 ≤ H ≤ 2.00m,
 winch race on the translation: 2.40 ≤ L ≤ 2.60 m,
 Winch capacity of 100 kg at a minimum,
 Translational carriage with pinion / rack and the guide rail system
adapted to the maximum load (100 kg).
 System 4 contacts limit switch (two intermediate limit switches
midterm) and 2 overtravel.
 Sensor maximum loads with breaking device in the event of overload.

 Two plates, with the circuit breaker and differential protection (30mA),
interchangeable cable through a system of plug-in connectors:
- A plate equipped with elements for an electromechanical control of
the entire operative part in manual mode (electrical protections,
contactors, terminals).
- A platen for automated control and communicating (Ethernet and
modbus) composed of a Programmable Logic Control Industrial, a
dimensioned inverter for the drive motor and an HMI of 5.7 inches
and programmable Interconnecting minimum forward façade the
containment cabinet for controlling different operating cycles.

 Manual control by button box. (Control unit with push buttons up / down
/ left / right / emergency stop)
 Control console wired terminal block and withdrawable.
 A safety limit sensor on the enclosure door and a safety relay which
allows the powering of the plate.
