 The morning, a patient came from the emergency room at the permata hospital.
With complaints of shortness of breath and chest pain.
Nurse : Good morning mom
Patient : Good morning nurse
Nurse : is there anything i Van help, ma'am? How do you feel right now?
Patient : it's been 3 day i feel my chest right, accompained by pain
Nurse : did you have a history of asthma before?
Patient : i don't know sus, but my number one sister has a history of asthma.
Nurse : well mom then Impermission to do a physical examination to find out the mother's
condition.
Patient : yes nurse
Nurse : i have permission to install the oxygen hose mom

(Nurse maintain patient privacy by closing curtains)

Nurse : Excuse me mom , I'm going to take off my mother's shirt button.

Patient : Yes sus,please.

Nurse : After I check it

1. Inspection = the chest is not symmetrical,no lumps , chest deflection look sunken.

2. Palpation = there is chest pain

3. Percussion =heard a deaf voice

4. Auscultate = Ronch

Nurse : from the results of the examination the mother must go to the hospital, for further
examinations, the mother will be moved to the dahlias. before being moved, the mother will
do a photo examination of the torax.

Patient : yes sus . Thank you

Nurse : you're welcome.
