    AIR EXPOSURE VALIDATION

    Feb. 9-15, 2020

    Air sampler’s lid must sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes before and after using.
    Sanitized with 70% ethyl alcohol before and after each sampling
    Kapag po nag-expose, 2 set-ups po tayo: conventional and using air sampler
    Purpose: para macheck natin yung equivalence ng results, then maset
    natin yung initial range ng CFU na gagamitin for the method using air
    sampler
    Frequency: W F Sun
    Parecord nalang po sa separate work sheet nung conventional method natin.
