DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Know All Men By These Presents:

This Deed of Sale is made and entered into this 22 nd day of June 2019
by and between:

A, of legal age, Filipino, married


to B, and residing at Quezon City,
hereinafter referred to as the
“VENDOR”;

-and-

C, also of legal age, Filipino, married


to D, and residing at Makati
City, hereinafter referred to as the
“VENDEE”

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a parcel of land


covered by ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 001, with an area of Two
Hundred Forty (240) square meters, and located at Barangay UP Campus,
Diliman, Quezon City and more particularly described as follows:

(Technical Description)

WHEREAS, the VENDOR has offered to sell the above described parcel
of land, all his rights appertaining thereto, and all improvements thereon;

WHEREAS. the VENDEE has agreed to purchase the same for the
amount of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php850,000.00), free from
all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight


Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php850,000.00), receipt of which, in full, is
hereby acknowledged and confessed by the VENDOR, the VENDOR do
hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY to the VENDEE, his heirs and
assigns, in an irrevocable and absolute manner, the above described parcel
of land, all of VENDOR’S rights and interest thereto, and with all the
improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of
whatever nature.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands


this 23rd day of June 2018 at Makati City, Philippines.
