NO TUITION FEE INCREASE AND NO MISCELLANEOUS FEE INCREASE
FOR SCHOOLYEAR 2020-2021
FOR OLD T.I.P. COLLEGE STUDENTS

1. To show solidarity with the T.I.P. community, T.I.P. shall NOT implement the tuition fee and
miscellaneous fees increase applied for and duly acknowledged last January 29, 2020 by the
COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION (CHED) for School year 2020-2021.

2. The table of fees below, for first semester for Schoolyear 2020-2021, is FOR MODULAR
DELIVERY OF ONLINE/FLEXIBLE LEARNING COURSES.

3. TABLE OF FEES

Below is the Table of Fees for the First Semester, SY 2020-2021:

* This new fee is necessary for T.I.P. to fully deliver online/flexible learning and other online student
services through this platform. More details about the Learning Management System Fee are

 4. The total miscellaneous fees for First Semester, School Year 2020-2021 FOR MODULAR
DELIVERY OF ONLINE/FLEXIBLE LEARNING COURSES for College students are 48% lower
compared to traditional face-to-face in-classroom miscellaneous fees.

5. Below are sample assessments of total fees based on MODULAR DELIVERY OF

ONLINE/FLEXIBLE LEARNING COURSES ASSUMING 9 COURSES AT 3 UNITS EACH ARE

6. The assessments of total fees in Number 3 are meant to just give you examples of the total fees you
might incur so that you may be able to prepare for them. The actual assessment of fees may vary,
based on actual pay units.

7. This is because the assessment of fees is based on the pay units of each course.

8. Note that there are courses with higher pay units because they require more hours based on your
curriculum. In such cases, assessment of fees would be higher.

9. RULES CONCERNING FEES

All policies concerning fees, i.e., Cancellation of Enrollment/Withdrawal/Discontinuance of Studies

shall also apply to the modular delivery of courses.

10. PAYMENT PORTALS

The enrollment process is ONLINE so payment of fees is also done ONLINE. You may use the
following portals:

10.1 PayApp is an Android Mobile App that lets the user manage all Mastercard or Visa-enabled
debit or credit cards in one place. Download the app and pay just by tapping on one of your
cards and settle the assessed amount right away.

10.2 Dragonpay allows students, parents, and guardians to pay through: online bank debit
(BDO, BPI, and Metrobank), payment centers (Bayad Center, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier and
ECPay), and GCash. Select your preferred option, and you will then be prompted for
payment instructions. Follow the instructions and finalize your payment/deposit.

11. However, if you have difficulty doing online payments, and wish to pay onsite, please set an
appointment first using the Online T.I.P. Appointment System (https://bit.ly/TIPAppointmentSystem).

12. OLD ACCOUNT – 2ND SEMESTER, SCHOOLYEAR 2019-2020 AND SUMMER 2020

12.1 Please settle your old account, if any, before you enroll in the 1st semester, Schoolyear
2020-2021.

12.2 Because your education matters to us, T.I.P. may allow you to enroll with just a minimum
downpayment of P1,500.00 in the First Semester, SY 2020-2021, provided you settle first
your old outstanding accounts, if any.
