Laissez faire theory is a theory whose existence encourages the occurrence of free
trade that was sparked by physiocraticists whereby the mechanism for determining
the level of prices of goods on the market is left entirely to the market mechanism
without government intervention.
Until now it seems that there has never been any country in the world that has
released its economy 100% and let the invisible hand work (there is no pure
government interference in the economy). Most modern industrialist countries now
do not represent laissez-faire in their principles or policies, because they usually
involve a large number of government interventions in the economy.
In the implementation of laissez faire theory today there are indeed many
imbalances. One of the imbalances that occur is the lack of fairness in mastering
existing productive natural resources. There are justice and income gaps in
society.This huge inequality has resulted in high mortality rates for children.
Malnutrition and hunger are familiar scenes, while a group of wealthy people struggle
with assets from the free market mechanism.

Everyone will understand that the market mechanism is driven by the power of

capital or money through the mechanism of demand and supply. Therefore, it is very
natural that wealth only revolves around a small group of rich people, while the
majority group which is the poor and middle class can only surrender to their destiny
and suffer from the implementation of the laissez faire theory at this time.
