Try to expulse what its making you cough as its possible.

Drink some water to prevent your throat from getting hurt.
Take some mints to refresh you throat and chest pain.

And you shouldn’t

Cough too hard because you can get hurt.

Always clean yourself with the same tissue.
Try to self-medicate.
 I feel very
tired all the
time.

Try to sleep 8 hours by day or those you consider necessary.

Try to relax every time you can.
Eat well because you defenses can destabilize you and make you sick.

And you shouldn’t

Work too hard.

Sleep so little.
Get stressed.
