AGREEMENT

 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:
 
            THAT WE, MOHAMMAD DASSAN J. ADJU, of legal age, Provincial
Agrarian Reform Program Officer II of Dar Provincial Office, Ipil, Zamboanga
Sibugay, hereinafter known as the ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM-PROVINCE
(AMT-P) CHAIRPERSON and ____________________________ of
legal age, married, a resident of  Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay and hereinafter
known as the OCCUPANT, do hereby agree and state:
 
1.      That on March 12-15, 2019, AMT-P CHAIRPERSON herein
represented by MARPO Flordie Bagundol during the conduct of Inventory of
the foreclosed assets formerly owned by Malagueño Fisherfolk Association
and the OCCUPANT of such foreclosed assets orally agreed upon the
following, to wit:

a.) That the OCCUPANT and the AMT-P CHAIRPERSON recognize

the Extra-judicial Foreclosure (Certificate of Sale) of the foreclosed
assets in favor of the Republic Of The Philippines duly represented
by the Department of Agrarian Reform dated December 07, 2019
and approved by Executive Judge REUBIN LO. MARAON;

b.) That the OCCUPANT and the AMT-P CHAIRPERSON recognize

that the period of redemption of the foreclosed property expired
one (1) year from the date of Registration of the Certificate of Sale
and the same was not redeemed;

c.) Since then, the OCCUPANT occupies the subject property by mere
tolerance of the new owner, Department of Agrarian Reform herein
represented by AMT-P CHAIRPERSON and with understanding
that the former will vacate the premises once DAR decides to
dispose of the foreclosed assets;

d.) Such fact is willingly, voluntarily and knowingly admitted by the

OCCUPANT and the AMT-P CHAIRPERSON;

e.) The designated Project Account Officer (PAO), Mr. Flordie Bagundol
who is currently the MARPO of Naga Sibugay is directed by the
AMT-P CHAIRPERSON to ensure security of the foreclosed assets
 and the same is with the knowledge and consent of the
OCCUPANT.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto affixed our signatures this

______________________ at the Municipality of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay,
Philippines.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the Municipality of Ipil, Zamboanga
Sibugay personally appeared the above-named Parties with their Proof of Identity being

persons who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that the same are
their free act and voluntary deed.

This instrument, consisting of (2) pages, including the page on which this acknowledgment
is written, has been signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof by the
concerned parties and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
