GAME PLAN FOR REGISTRATION [MAGNOVITE]

GAME PLAN
The Game Plan for maximizing the registration from the B-schools is a cake walk if we
follow the few steps. A fool with a plan can beat a genius with no plan. We need to evaluate
our strength as well as our weakness at this point. We should strengthen our strengths further
and convert weakness into strength as well.

STUDENT
We have a very good student community which is enthusiastic and diverse. We can use it
very potentially. We need to keep track and get the work done. We need some patience to get
the work done.

Strength: Mass
Weakness: Uninterested/Reserved

Converting Strength to Super Strength


Everybody can provide at least one contact from their side. We should respect their
contribution and acknowledge them. Nothing much. A thank you mail is more than enough
which makes them privileged at the end of the day. We should also save it for future purpose
as well. We should not keep on nudging them for contacts.

Converting Weakness into Strength


They are uninterested because it has been rolled out in a google sheet. Think if it is asked in a
class group or common group where they can immediately share their contacts then and
there. Even it takes the same amount of time to do it in a google sheet still people neglect. So
lets assign CR/Magnovite Coordinator to collect the details of the contacts from the student
side.

It is one such way where we can establish and expand our contact. This will be a sure shot
which will increase the headcount as well as new footfalls.

Every student of any college will have a contact with his/her friends. But with that contact we
can’t cover the colleges/universities or conquer new colleges/universities. Even though if
he/she had the contact of his batchmates it wont help us to a greater extent. But the contact of
the professor helps us a lot. We can establish a very good contact and convert
Every student will have his/her friends but will not have established contact with the
colleges/universities but Professors and Staffs do have them.

Converting Weakness into Strength


Since we are speaking as a face of Christ University to other college faculty. The content
should be very clear and precise. The Person who is cold calling should be given a well
curated script and should be aware of the each and every event if asked. It will give a image
that we are strong from our side. Even if they fail to come this time, they will be coming for
sure if we pitch them next time as well.

PREVIOUS RECORDS
Old is always Gold. The Records and Data of the previous event would provide us with a
huge amount of leads. Customer Retention is important in Enterprise so do same in the case
of an benchmark event of any college/university.

Records and Data of the previous events are hidden treasure which would benefit you in one
way or other. So we can collect this data from Institute of Management, B.Arch and
Engineering as well in order to pull in mass.

If it was utilized now, it can be segregated into worthy and outdated data which benefits now
and upcoming times as well. We could also find similar colleges/universities which would
support us especially for Magnovite.
