O R D E R:

The Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has submitted that the patta land
situated at Singaram Village of Kondapak Mandal has been acquired for construction of
Sri Komuravelli Mallanna Sagar Reservoir under Kaleshwaram Project in terms of
G.O.Ms.No. 123 Revenue (JA & LA) Dept., dated: 30.07.2015.

Further, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has submitted that during the
approval of said land value minutes the R&B, RWS, Forest, Horticulture and Excise
Departments have not furnished the all structure values in respect of all pattedars and
some of missed and the departments have inspected again and furnished the values of
missing structures attached to the land.

In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has submitted the
draft amendment to the minutes of DLLPC meeting for structure values for approval to
an amount of Rs. 1,87,649-00 + 16,704-00 + 12,704-00 + 6,000-00 + 43,750-00 + 2,25,274-00
= Rs. 4,92,081-00 for payment to the concerned pattedar and requested to sanction the
same amount in favour of the pattedar. [[

On verification of the proposals submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel

with the approved minutes of the meeting of DLLPC held on 21.09.2016, 26.09.2016, 15.12.2016
(vide file No. G3/2901/2016, G1/509/2016) for land value and draft structure amended
minutes are found correct. Hence, an amount of Rs: 4,92,081-00 (Rupees Four lakhs ninety two
thousand eighty one only) in favour of (15) pattedars is arrived towards structure value of the
procured land of the pattedar.

Therefore, after careful consideration, the draft amendment minutes for structure value
are submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel are hereby approved and accordingly,
sanction is hereby accorded to pay an amount of Rs: 4,92,081-00 (Rupees Four lakhs ninety two
thousand eighty one only) to the land losers towards missing structure charges, the amount is
approved through (15) Cheques (as shown at Col.No. 9 of above Table) of Indian Bank,
Siddipet Branch. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel is instructed to, distribute the cheques
to the concerned Land losers under proper identification, obtaining the acquittance in triplicate
and submit the same alongwith Utilization Certificate.

On verification of the proposals submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel
