    Monthly Progress Report


    Took the initiative of changing the format of monthly progress report printed it like a magazine. It contains the
    MSP project schedule, physical progress of works, financial progress, ROW Issues, deployment of staff and
    machinery, Safety statistics and progress photographs. This report is being submitted to client on monthly basis.
    Cost of one book is around 350 rupees. As this report is submitted to senior govt. officials including IAS officers
    an effort is made to contribute to building brand value of L&T.
