Ask the candidate to reply to the email received by WHTJR with a preferred date and time.

1.If demo is/ was taken, candidate was low on prep reschedule from your end 2.If a candidate doesn't turn up on the scheduled date of reschedule
On the date of interview scheduled
Ringing/disconnecting Not reachable/Switched off Invalid number Alternate number TAG THE RECRUITER for all the mentioned scenarios Did not receive the PDF MCE pending wants to postpone the time of interview on the same day
When to move on WITHELD
1. Using hotspot/ JIOFY / dongle 2. Needs time to think about timings/ 30 hours 3. No laptop/webcam ( informed recruiter only then ) 4. Pregnant 5. Working full time ( ask for a breakup of 30 hours if convincing enough/on notice period mention in the comments 6. Not ok with pay structure, needs time to think about it 7. Pursuing ( confirm with recruiter before rejecting ) 8. On notice period will get back once resigned
How to move the candidate to DEMO 2:
Step 1: Choose the SELECT NEXT STEP: DEMO 2 Step 2: EACHER level: PRO ( coder )/ INT ( n Choose the T on-coder) Step 3: REMARKS: Observation, feedback, areas of improvement Step 4: EXT STEP: YY/MM/DD Date of N Step 5: EXT TIME: 10,11,12,1330,1430,1530,1630,1730,1830 Date of N Step 6: ASSIGNED TO: As per slot availability MOVE ( after reconfirming /rechecking all the steps correctly entered Step 7: or not )
Selecting a candidate from Demo 1 to 2
Step 1: Refresh Demo 2 panel before confirming with the candidate Step 2: Check with date and time for the concerned demo 2 taker ( between 10am-630pm Monday-Saturday excluding deepti, gypsy. Step 3: Kindly check the slots before assigning (10,11,12,1.30, 2.30,3.30,4.30,5.30pm,6.30pm) Step 4: If concerned demo 2 taker slot is not available, check for another demo 2 takers slot ( between 10am-630pm Monday-Saturday Step 5: Saturday timings for Demo 2 takers varies so kindly confirm with the demo taker before assigning
