A)LESS DEPENDANCY ON RAJEEV,DANNIS AND BHUPINDER:- FOR THIS TO


HAPPEN 2 EXPERT EVALUATORS REQUIRED WHO CAN EXAMINE THE CAR TO
PERFECTION..THESE TWO IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH SIMAR…these two evaluators
will follow my instructions and explore the whole city to its best whether it be the
dealerships,direct customers or small dealers..

B) PROCUREMENT TRACKER TO BE MAINTAINED BY SIMAR in which the inquiries


generated by Rajeev,bhupinder,dannis,telecalling,sms,walkin,ref etc will be registered..THIS
WOULD CLUB THE WHOLE DATA AT ONE PLACE…

CONCLUSION:- MORE CONTROL OF PROCUREMENT WITH THE TOP LEVEL MGT..IF


35 CARS ARE PROCURED THAN AVERAGELY 20 TO 25 CARS SHOULD BE
PROCURED ONLY BY STARCARZ EFFORTS THAN INDIVIDUAL REF..THIS WOULD
ENHANCE THE PROFITIBILITY AS WELL…

C) NEW CAR DEALERSHIP LINKS SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED DIRECTLY BY THE


TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT…ESPECIALLY DEALERSHIPS LIKE
MODERN,BALAK,DADA,LALLY,CHADHA,GULZAR AND MRG..

2) REFURBISHEMENT SECTOR:-
AT LEAST 1 MORE PERSON IS REQUIRED WITH BALWINDER SO AS TO REFURBISH
THE CARS ON TIME..NOW THE PROCUREMENT WOULD BE INCREASING SO THERE
SHOULD BE INCREASE IN THE MANPOWER AS WELL..

REST IS GOING ON WELL IN THAT SECTOR

3) SALES DEPARTMENT:-

NOTHING IS GOING WELL IN THIS


DEPARTMENT EVEN THOUGH THE SALES
ARE GOOD..

Last month sales data shows only 5 conv of 131


walkins which is shocking…
The environment of a showroom is still not up to date
as there is:-
a) no uniform
b) no sales pitch with the car file
c) no aggression in the sales department
d) lack of product knowledge
e) intolerable behaviour such as talking long on
phone with…??,abusive language,lethargic
behaviour,integrity issue,irregular leaves,no planning
for sales..the whole atmosphere is not like it should
be of a professional showroom…

CORRECTIVE MEASURES:-
1) BHUPINDER OUT OF SALES PLEASE…
2) LET ME HANDLE THE WHOLE SALE WITH
PARAMJEET FOR A WHILE..MEANWHILE
WE LOOK FOR A fresh SALESMAN.
3) Give me a separate cabin of sales department..i
will directly get involve with the customers and
sale the product..
4) PARAMJEET WILL SHOW THE CAR TO
THE CUSTOMER AND THAN BRING HIM
TO ME DIRECTLY AFTER SHOWING THE
CAR..in this way there will be a direct contact
with the customer..m confident that I can sale 15
cars on my own with this kind of walkin..
5) Bhupinder must be shifted to the procurement
department now..he should be given fixed salary
of rs 5000..after that he should have an incentive
for procurement..

UPTO 5 CARS – NIL


5 TO 10 – RS 1500/PROCUREMENT
10 – 15 - RS 2500/PROCUREMENT..

IN CASE HE PROCURES 8 CARS HE GETS RS 9500


IN CASE HE PROCURES 10 CARS HE GETS RS 12500
IN CASE HE PROCURES 12 CARS HE GETS RS 17500
IN CASE HE PROCURES 15 CARS HE GETS RS 25000
FOR EVERY SALE ON HE GETS RS 1000 AS INCENTIVE…

PARAMJEET SHOULD BE DEVELOPED MORE NOW..


1 MORE SALESPERSON SHOULD BE TRAINED..BUT THE
SALES HEAD WOULD BE MYSELF AS I WANT TO SEE
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING WRONG…WHY CANT
WE ACHIEVE A BETTER CONVERSION RATE UPTO 25
%..WHICH WOULD MEAN 30 SALES FROM STARCARZ
COUNTER ITSELF..
