industries. women defenders have to fight a battle on two fronts: the
public struggle to protect their land, water and our planet, and the often
invisible struggle to defend their right to speak within their communities
and families.

 ERCILIA PEREZ: Because it focuses its defense on the care of water
and the non-use of destructive projects for it, such as hydroelectric
plants, especially its rivers, which help their community with food and
wáter.

 No, but I would like to protest about the little help that exists in the most
remote places of the country and in the same way to the same city
(Bogota), where there is a great inequality in both public services and the
same treatment, the little protection that it exists in those places and the
way they are discriminated against. Because this should not be the case,
there should be an equality of resources for them and for us, since we
have the same importance.
