Incorrect fuel output.

Incorrect fuel output.

Symptom
- Malfunction of electronic control board so incorrect fuel output.

Troubleshooting /Service Step

Firstly we follow the problem history of machine by asking with operator. After that, we check the actual output and
meter display. We found that actual output and enter display. We found that actual fuel dispenser’s one revolution is
0.5 liter. And fuel meter one revolution by manually is 0.83 liter on meter display. So, we make sure cross check with
our stock machine. We found that new fuel meter one revolution is 0.5 liter as well. This is why we take the whole
assembly from our stock unit and check at the problem machine. After that we found the fuel output and meter
display was same. Now machine is normal operation.

Analysis
Firstly we checked the fuel dispenser’s revolution by meter both actually and manually.

Action and Suggestion

We checked the fuel dispenser’s one revolution by meter.
