NOTICE TO ALL COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES HOME AND PROPERTY OWNERS

 
SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
 
A special meeting of the membership of the Country Club Estates Homeowners
Association has been set for Thursday, April 1, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Arn and
Jan VanderBok.  Participation can be in person, by proxy, or by computer using DimDim
(instructions for this new method will be sent out before the meeting)

Agenda:
1. To inform the membership of the current status of the front entrance project.
2. To entertain a motion to allow use of possible available association funds to support
cost overruns of the front entrance project.
3.  To receive an update on Scott Allen's project; i.e., building of a sidewalk around and
clearing of the lot between Casa Blanca and Hacienda.
4. To receive an update on security implementation plans and progress, and to consider
any additional action which might be required based on experience with a guard and new
signs.
Motions from the executive board will be sent out by email before the meeting.
