Our mission is to provide professional dance instruction and instill an appreciation for

many styles of dance in a safe, high-quality studio environment

Company History/Story (As if I just opened)

Although my studio was just created this year, we are proud to be teaching the most

cultural form of dance in Spain with some of the most qualified staff to do so. Our studio’s roots

connect to Flamenco, Spain, and its culture, but also brings something new and interesting to the

industry of dance by having a Canadian tap teacher and owner. We have a wide range of talented

and experienced teachers who are here to serve you and your children’s best dance interests.

Target market

My target market will be based out of Seville, Spain. My company will be based out of a

single studio and will be physically very local. We are a regionally-limited company because this

is the most effective way to run a dance studio. If we attempt to go nationwide then it would be

foolish to even operate under the same name because with different teachers and students you

lose the entire essence of your studio. This is why my studio will also have an online teaching

presence, so that we can expand our company while still retaining our values of having high

quality classes and without dividing our focus severely. The personas of my target market will

mostly be children between the ages of 5-18, we will also offer adult classes but these classes

will probably make up less than 10% of our revenue therefore they will not be as big a focus as
our children classes. Other qualities of personality and gender will be irrelevant in our target

market because we believe anybody can be inspired by dance.
