au Wholesale Website, Admin Panel & b2b site

We are a bridal and bridesmaid designer and we design the latest fashion bridal, bridesmaid
and formal dresses and wholesale across the globe. I want an online software that runs
smooth between our website frontend, admin panel and b2b site.

Customers and retailers will be able to see our collections, products and style numbers
including available sizes.
 Customers will be able to see our categories, collections, products with style
numbers (no prices), available sizes, contact us, see our retailers across the globe (on
a map and list) and book an appointment with the retailers they want to go and try
our dresses on. (each stockist will let us know their appointment link)

 Retailers will be able to apply to be our stockist (all requests will be subject to an
approval.

 Retailers will also be able to log in to our b2b site and see, add, edit, manage orders,
payments, Manage changes, deliveries etc.
o First order has to be minimum 10 dresses.
Module 1 (Website) See the details below

Our website will be a very simple with a few pages that will be controlled from admin panel.

Menu will have our collection categories such as. Wedding Dresses, Bridesmaid Dresses etc.

Menu will have where to buy, apply to be retailer etc.

Our admin panel will control everything on the main page and b2b page. Admins will be able
to:

 Manage stockists’ requests


 Change Menu items (Add, Edit, Delete)
 Manage Slideshow (Add, Edit, Delete)
 Manage Categories (Add, Edit, Delete)
 Manage Products (Add, Edit, Delete)
o Each Product will have pictures
o Available Sizes
o Available Colours
o Colour Swatches (Same as you coded on our software)
o Wholesale Prices
o RRP
o Active or not
 Manage Retailers Orders
 Online Chat (with Retailers) (same as you have coded on our software)
 See reports (Yearly Orders, Monthly Orders, Total Orders, Country base orders,
retailers’ base orders, Category Base orders, Size base orders, color base orders,
bestselling products, total revenue etc)
 Accept, Change, Add, Edit, Manage Orders & Retailers etc
 Add, Edit, Change, Delete, Manage all pages on store frontend
 Manage the status of ongoing orders. (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Completed,
Cancelled, Refunded)
 Manage social media automatizations

Site 2 (Admin Panel)


Our admin panel will control everything on the main page and b2b page. Admins will be able
to:

1. Log in

3. Pages
a. Admins will be able to see the pages with content and add, edit, update and
delete if needed.
4. Menu
a. Admins will be able to add, edit, delete, manage menu items and delete if
needed.
5. Slideshow
a. Admins will be able to add, edit, delete, manage Slideshows items and delete
if needed.
6. Collections
a. Admins will be able to add, edit, delete, manage collections (very similar to
category structure) and delete If needed.
7. Products
a. Admins will be able to add, edit, delete, manage products and images and
delete If needed.
b. Admins will be able to add or delete images for products
c. Admins will be able to define the available sizes and colours(Automatically
from colour swatches) for each product
d. Admins will be able to define the wholesale prices for the products
e. Admins will be able to define the RRP (Recommended Retail Price)
f. Admins will be able to define the product Active or Not Active
g. Extra Addons
i. Admins will be able to define additional sections and extra charges for
each product.
ii. For example, for a bridal dress, admins can create an additional
request such as Make the train 1m longer and charge extra $100 extra
for it if retailers choose it.
iii. Or add Single Crystal Edge Veil and charge $150 extra for it.
8. Manage Retailers
a. Admins will be able to add, edit, delete, manage retailers and become a
retailer requests & delete requests or stockists if needed.
b. Each stockist can be change to active and passive
i. Passive stockists will not be able to order but still communicate with
admin
9. Manage Orders
a. Admins will be able to add, edit, delete, manage retailers’ orders, update the
order status, add tracking nuber etc. & delete if needed.
b. Admins will be able to approve and process the orders (orders will be
pending, processing, shipped, completed, refunded, cancelled)
c. Admin will be able to update the status of the orders (Automatic emails will
go tho stockists)

10. Online Chat between retailers and admins (online chat should allow sending and
receiving images & pdf files if needed.

Our b2b retailer site will be very simple. Once we receive a request to be our stockist, Admin
will approve the request. Once the request approved, retailer will receive their login details
(Email + Random Created Password)

a. Search will work based on order number, style number, dress name or
content
3. Main Page
Very similar to admin page but only with that retailers’ details
A new products module can be added on the main login page for retailers to see what is
newly added
two graphs can be added that shows the latest orders.
4. Collections
Our retailers will be able to search or click and see the collections and products to order
o Each product will have order button under it, when they click the dress they will
be able to choose the size, colour with wholesale price.
o They will be able to make some changes and extra fees will be defined by
administrator such as
 Adding Sleeves (+ $100) (Admins will specify for each product)
 1m Longer Train (+ $200)(Admins will specify for each product)
 Note section that retailers can write while ordering.
5. Our Retailers will be able to change their details
a. Their business Address
b. Their Social Media addresses
c. Their Phone Numbers
d. Their book now links
e. Etc.
6. Our Retailers will be able to make orders, they will be able to process the orders with
payments.
7. First orders will be minimum 10 quantity. Then no minimum order quantity for
following orders.
8. They will have their own reports (last orders, total orders, total payment etc)
9. Online Chat (With Admin) (same as you have coded on our software)
10. Online payments will be processes via eWay
