department of Labour Section-6 by which the permission was granted for contractual
appointment of Medical Officers/Specialists/Para-Medical Staff in Hospitals and
Dispensaries run by ESIS, UP, application forms are invited for the post of Ayurvedic
Medical Officers on Contract basis for a period of one year or till regular appointment
on the post (whichever is earlier) by 10th Oct. 2018, 5 P.M. by Registered/Speed
Post/Ordinary Post in Directorate, ESI, Labour Medical Services, UP, Sarvodayanagar

1. Monthly remuneration for appointment of contractual Ayurvedic Medical Officers

will be as fixed by National Health Mission (N.H.M.) from time to time.
2. Age Limit: For appointment on contractual basis, upper age limit for the Medical
officer should not be more than 64 years on the 1st of January of the year of
appointment.
3. Conditions for contractual appointment and Performa for application form are
