31.05.2016 issued to the Unit for partial surrender of space of
an area of 63,152.00 sq ft. from three floors as per details in the
approval letter annexure hitherto on page 10-13

b) Ratification of approval granted by DC in file for expansion

of additional floor admesuring an area of 7864 sq.ft at
Block-E, Ground floor of othe SEZ- application submitted by
Tata Consultancy Services Limited (Unit-II) vide their letter
dated 3.5.2016.

Approval was granted by the DC in file for expansion of

additional floor admesuring an area of 7864 sq.ft at Block-E,
Ground floor of the SEZ- application submitted by Tata
Consultancy Services Limited (Unit-II) vide their letter dated
3.5.2016as per approval letter dated 31.05.2016 annexed hither
to at page14-16

The matter is placed before othe AC for considering ratification

of approval granted by DC.

c) Approval for re-export of JLR Car (Model XF) imported on

returnable basis against DC’s permission for verifying
Software developed for JLR – application submitted by M/s.
Tata Consultancy Services Limited, Bangalore, vide letter
dated 09.06.2016.Page 17-18

M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Limited, Bangalore, was issued

a permission to import 1 No.JLR Car (Model-XF) for verifying
the Software developed for JLR Car as a replacement to XJ Car
allowed as decided in the 20thUAC held on 19.06.2014, on
returnable basis.Now the Unit has stated that the project for
which the Car was imported, was over and want to re-export the
same for which necessary permission/approvl is sopught
through the UAC as per their letter dated 09.06.2016.

The matter is placed before the AC for consideraltion for

granting necessay approval.
