Engine rpm can’t raise normal operation condition

Symptom

Engine can start but engine rpm is maximum 1900 & sometime engine can’t start

Troubleshooting /Service Step

-Checked the fuse & relay
-Checked the ECU
-Checked the wiring system
-Checked the sensors & switch
-Checked the injection pump & electronic governor
Analysis

Action and Suggestion

Our service team arrived at job site. Then we test run the machine. Engine rpm can’t raise over 1900 rpm. So,
we checked the rpm sensors and electronic governor. Then we checked the fuse, relay and ECU. We checked the
wiring system and ECU socket. We found that water inside the ECU socket. So we cleaned the ECU socket and test
run the machine again. All was Ok.
