Subject
To share knowledge how to slove the machine cannot enough power with 4WD into the field.

Problem/ Complaint
Four- wheel drive shaft sleeve was damaged.

Symptom
Machine can’t enough power into the field.

Troubleshooting /Service Step

Firstly, we check machine operation and fuel tank condition. And then, we check fuel line , fuel filter and water
separator. In there, we found that the water separator was waste. So we clean it and do maintenance service. And
then, we test run the machine operation. It was ok but the machine was not enough power into the field. So, we
check other operation. In there, we found that the four- wheel drive shaft’s sleeve was damaged. Then, we change
new sleeve and test run the machine into the field. It was ok.
Analysis
We checking about this,
-Fuel tank
-Fuel line system
-Fuel filter and water separator
-Four- wheel drive shaft
-Four –wheel drive sleeve
Action and Suggestion

We changed a new sleeve of four- wheel drive shaft. It was ok.
