Respected Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that my daughter ________________________________________ is

joining IBA Girls Hostel from 22 nd of August 2019. This is to inform you that she has my permission to go
out for IBA events or any other outing plans with her friends or family in Karachi. She also has my
permission to stay overnight at the house of any of her relatives or any of her friends. Whenever she will
stay for overnight, I will inform you about her stay. I take the guarantee of her safety outside the hostel
premises. I ensure you that she will follow the rules and regulations of IBA Girls Hostel especially curfew
timing i.e. 10:30 pm. In case of an emergency, guardian will be available to take her along with them.
