COMPLIANCE

Respondent, thru counsel, by way of compliance to the Order dated June 19,
2018, most respectfully submit the following:

1. On June 19, 2018, respondent, in his capacity as the Regional Director of

Police Regional Office 5 received the Order from this Honorable Court to submit his
verified return relative to this case, together with the supporting documents within five
days from receipt thereof.

2. The last day of filing would have been on June 25, 2018, but respondent had
been very busy going to and from Manila to attend security matters and other critical law
enforcement issues that are hounding the Philippine National Police, in addition to the
fact that, he had been very busy attending to his incoming retirement day. Thus,
respondent is delayed in filing this Verified Return with the attached pieces of
documentary evidence because it was only on June 25, 2018 that he was able to prepare
his Verified Return.

3. He sincerely apologizes to the Honorable Court for filing this Verified Return
late and promises not to repeat the same.
