than usual.
● Ate two bags of doritos between events(1 bag
between events and the other is for lunch) DURING

OBSERVATION OF

Patient is experiencing severe dehydration due to
the patient not drinking enough water during the track
meet. Due to the hot weather, the patient sweats more

and the sweat evaporates much faster. The water balance
within the patient’s body is no longer balance.

PATIENT MIGHT BE
