1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 032, s. 2020 titled Brigada Eskwela


GTC-03C-DM.R3-2020
Program Implementation Guidelines for Technical Reference of the Program and
RM-No.-290 s. 2020 entitled GENERAL GUIDELINES ON THE JOINT
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 2020 BRIGADA ESKWELA AND OPLAN BALIK
ESKWELA, the Division of General Trias City through the Social Mobilization and
Networking Unit will be conducting the virtual 2020 DIVISION BRIGADA
ESKWELA KICK-OFF on June 15, 2020 via Google Meet with a theme
“Pagpapanatili ng Bayanihan Tungo sa Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa
Kabataan” while the slogan for this year’s joint conduct of BE and OBE shall be
“Bayanihan sa Paaralan” which promotes sustainable and safe living and also
highlights the application of knowledge and convergence of efforts to address health
and social issues at home, in school, and in the community, relative to the new
normal.

3. The program of 2020 Division Eskwela Kick-Off under the new normal will
the activities will highlight partnership initiatives that complement the
Department’s efforts to ensure that quality basic education will continue despite
the challenges in adapting to the COVID-19 situation, and to implement the
Learning Continuity Plan (LCP). The stakeholders support in addressing the need of
the public schools under the new normal.

8. Due to the recent pandemic (Covid 19) school head shall take the lead in
planning and making the schools ecologically conscious, resilient, clean, safe and
conducive to learning.

10. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against local funds to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
