    Subject: Endorsement letter for Tanvirul Hasan Arafat for his application for LCVP 20.21

    Dear Concern,

    I've recently been informed of Tanvirul Hasan Arafat's application for LCVP 20.21 position and I am
    delighted to know that he is trying to put his skills to good use.

    I have had the pleasure to work under Tanvirul Hasan Arafat in an event “Ramada Bliss “ organized by
    Rekindle (an NGO co-founded by and run by Tanvirul Hasan Arafat) and he did an amazing job at
    organizing the whole event, having very limited resources to his disposal. He made sure that all of us
    volunteers working under him felt valued by taking into consideration all our opinions and actually
    materializing the suggestions which were feasible.

    Tanvirul Hasan Arafat is a hard worker and a natural leader and has a considerable amount of
    experience with organizing events. Thus, I believe that Tanvirul Hasan Arafat is a worthy candidate for
    the position of LCVP.
