CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that the Three (3) Storey Building located at Kapiligan St. Quezon City
is designed in accordance and in conformity with The National Building Code of the Philippines
of its implementing rules & guidelines.

Based from my Structural Design and Analysis that the footing, columns, frame beams,
intermediate beams, walls and slabs has a maximum load and within the allowable carrying
capacity to carry a generator set. The 76kn maximum weight of generator was already included
in my design, it was already a provision from original design and it does not consider as
additional load. Therefore, the undersigned has taken into consideration the proximity of the
building and certify that this is structurally safe and stable for human habitation.

The certification is issued upon request of the owner for whatever purpose it may deemed
it necessary.
