Instructions
1. Grind your coffee beans.
1.» The grind of the beans should be anywhere between medium to course. The courser the grind, the
stronger the brewed coffee. Refer to the picture below if you are unfamiliar with the types of grinds.

2. Measure the amount of water.

2.» The amount of water that will be needed is equivalent to ¾ of your container’s capacity. For
example, If using a quart-sized container, you will use 3 cups of water.

3. Pour in coffee grounds.

3.» For every 1 cup of water, you are going to use ½ cup of ground coffee. Add the coffee grounds to
the container with the water.

4. Cover the container with lid.

5. Refrigerate for 18-22 hours.

5.» If you prefer a stronger brew, let the mixture steep for longer. This will result in a more bitter
coffee, though.

6. Remove from fridge and drain.

6.» To do this, you need to filter the mixture through a mesh filter or cheese cloth to remove the loose
grounds.

7. Mix the concentrated cold brew with equal parts water and enjoy.
7.» The coffee can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
