KADDOSON TO BATASAN (TKB) TIGWAHANON COUNCIL OF ELDERS and CLAN
LEADERS INC. of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of TKB TRIBAL HALL
PUROK 7 HALAPITAN (POB.) SAN FERNANDO BUKIDNON, do hereby appoint and
constitute, by these presents, ABNER N. SALVADO likewise, Filipino and resident of
Dabong-dabong Mailag, Valencia City, Bukidnon, Philippines, as our true and lawful
ATTORNEY –IN –FACT, for and in behalf of TIGWAHANON NEG KADDOSON TO
BATASAN (TKB) TIGWAHANON COUNCIL OF ELDERS and CLAN LEADERS INC,
and in my name as President ,place and stead to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit:

1. To act as my representative in the processing of the papers and all the

necessary documents in BIR Registration of TIGWAHANON NEG KADDOSON
TO BATASAN (TKB) TIGWAHANON COUNCIL OF ELDERS and CLAN
LEADERS INC;

2. To sign all the needed documents in relation thereto;

3. To do any and all other acts for the fulfillment of this power conferred upon.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY- IN – FACT full power
and authority, to do and perform all the necessary acts, to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, to sign in behalf of TIGWAHANON NEG KADDOSON TO BATASAN (TKB)
TIGWAHANON COUNCIL OF ELDERS and CLAN LEADERS INC, and in my name as
President, to make, execute, deliver any and all papers, to do every act and think
whatsoever requisite or necessary in or about the premises, as fully done as if
personally present, notifying and confirming all that the said ATTORNEY- IN – FACT
