B ased on the unique schedule of each child,

our program is an extension of the home.
We provide a warm, safe and stimulating
environment for children to grow. Cuddling,
rocking and planned developmental activities
are important aspects of the program. Activities
are designed to promote language development;
fine motor skills — including eye tracking and
hand-eye coordination; and large motor skills
such as crawling, creeping and walking.

Toddlers: Curious and Energetic

I n LVCC’s stimulating and supportive
environment, toddlers are eager to investigate
materials that appeal to their senses. They are
encouraged to expand on vocabulary, increase

experienced, degreed teachers. Our teachers are
both professional educators and nurturing caregivers
who protect and value each child. We recruit and
retain the best employees and provide them with
ongoing training and development opportunities.

At Lehigh Valley Children’s Centers (LVCC),

weeks through 12 years of age. We believe
children thrive when families and staff partner

environment in which children learn through
exploration and discovery.
The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers
®
and Twos is used in all LVCC classrooms to
guide our staff in meeting the developmental
needs, abilities and unique interests of each
infant and toddler.
The hours of the center are determined by the
type of service (school or center-based) and the
needs of the families enrolled at each location.
