SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Occidental, Philippines ,do hereby name, appoint and constitute Ms. HERMELIE STA. TERESA,
likewise of legal age, Filipino and presently residing at Lawaan 3, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines
as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead for my own use and
benefit, to do any or all of the following acts and things to wit:

1. To pay the capital gains tax, documentary stamp taxes and other fees necessary for the
transfer of ownership from my name, of the property located at purchased from

2. To work on, facilitate and follow-up the transfer of ownership over the said property in
our names before the proper government agencies;

3. To demand, claim and receive the copy of the document evidencing our ownership over
the aforesaid property; and

4. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing authority.

and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting, and hereby

virtue of these presents.
