shop/property can create a valid mortgage in favour of PNBHFL. The said
Property/mortgage can be enforced (if required) under the provisions of The
Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities
Act, 2002 and amendments thereto (“SARFAESI”) by PNBHFL.
