YOUR TRAINING CONSULTANT:

Mr. Ganim has been delivering training and consultations on Business Protocol and
Etiquette ,  Institutional  Communication Skills, Cor por ate Diplomatic Speech,
Self Management, Executive Representation, and Corporate Code of Conduct to medium and
senior managerial level individuals.

Mr. Ganim worked as a diplomat from 1993-2003 to his country and served with Iraq’s
diplomatic missions in UNs- New York, Tokyo, and Kuala Lumpur. Prior to that, he served as
head of the ceremonies department at the protocol Directorate of his country's Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. In 2004, he joined Qatar's diplomatic mission in Kuala Lumpur as a Political and
Diplomatic Advisor until 2011. Since then, he has been working as an International Relations
Expert in Doha.

Mr. Ganim has collaborated and delivered a wide variety of seminars, specialized training
courses and diplomatic micro-specialized workshops along with the diplomatic institute of
Qatar's Foreign Ministry and some high profile sovereign entities since 2013. These training
workshops covered a diversity of themes, such as The National and International Diplomatic
Protocol and Etiquette, Diplomatic Correspondences and Reporting, Diplomatic Immunities,
Diplomatic Missions Management, Organizing and Administering Conferences and Official
Meetings, Official & High Profile Guests Escorting and Sovereign Ceremonial Functions.

Internationally, he is a guest speaker/lecturer at the Malaysian Diplomatic Studies Institute. Mr.

Ganim has organized several training programs in Untied States, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore
and Qatar. He has published specialized research, books and editorials. Recently he published
two books entitled "The Basics of the Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette" and "The Diplomatic
Correspondences Guide”.
