1. This exercise will be done in the class (no need to write the answer here):
Transform the conceptual model from Homework 3 / Exercise 4, into a physical model,
using the transformation rules described in the lessons.

2. Using Application Express, create tables and the appropriate constraints (primary keys,
foreign keys, etc.) for the physical model above. Populate tables with data.
