    A Bill to Execute Drivers That Park in More Than One Parking

    Space to Encourage Safer Parking Activities


    BE IT ENACTED BY THIS UIL CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
    SECTION 1. Every driver, including passengers that park in more than one parking space will

    be cut in half by a guillotine.

    SECTION 2. A parking spot shall be what is defined by the department of transportation.

    Passengers are any living organism. A guillotine shall abide by its historical

    definition relating to its usage in the French Revolution.

    SECTION 3. The Department of Transportation will locate any perpetrators of this crime and

    the Department of Justice will enforce executions.

    SECTION 4. This Bill shall go into affect September 31st, 2019

    SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
